EcoClean® 35
Berkshire’s EcoClean® line of products is a new class of nonwoven materials that is 100% biodegradable and sustainable. The EcoClean® wiper is composed of U.S. sourced cotton fibers and is manufactured by a proprietary process for low fiber release and high strength. Unlike the traditional cotton twill, it has low ionic traces and low fibers. EcoClean® 35 is in quarter-folded format.
- EcoClean® 35 has apertured surface and is quarter-folded (5x5" quarter-folded size) for enhanced wiping efficiency
- Heat resistant
- Highly absorbent
- No binders or other additives
- Low ionic contamination
- Soft
- Recommended for use in ISO Class 5 - 8 (Class 100 - 100,000) cleanroom
applications - Absorbent, low linting work surface material
- Critical industrial applications where absorbency and softness are critical
- General purpose wiping and polishing of surface areas, including optics
- Steam autoclavable for use in aseptic areas
- EcoClean 35 is a good upgrade from gauze 4x4" for USP <797> applications
