What is your Shipping Policy for Online Orders?

BERKSHIRE CORPORATION currently offers three shipping options within the contiguous United States:
UPS Ground — 5–7 Business Days
UPS Two-Day — 2–3 Business Days*
UPS Next-Day — 1–2 Business Days*

The cost for shipping is based on the order item and amount. Orders received by noon Eastern Standard Time will likely go out the same or next business day if the items are in stock. Please reach out to customer service if you have a tight deadline for items to arrive so that we can be sure your timing needs are met and all items ordered are in stock.

Where do I find my Tracking Number after my order has shipped?

You will receive a tracking number after you order has shipped via email. You can also see the tracking number for the order on the orders tab under my account

Items will ship from our main facility in Whitsett, North Carolina.

What is the difference between non-woven and knitted wipes?

Nonwoven wipers are available in natural and synthetic options, they offer consistent performance and good strength. They are more absorbent than knitted wipers and less expensive, although they cannot be laundered. Nonwoven wipes often have higher levels of fiber and particle shed.
