2025 Bay Path University Women’s Leadership Conference

The 2025 Bay Path University Women’s Leadership Conference on April 3rd in Springfield, MA, was a day filled with inspiring and empowering stories and connections under the theme ” Amplify. ” The positive energy was contagious, permeating throughout the event. The three keynote speakers—Erin King, Amelia Rose Earhart, and Hoda Kotb—were dynamic, engaging, and inspiring. The smaller breakout sessions, focusing on topics such as Amplifying Perception, Courageous Conversations, Riding the Waves of Change, and Amplifying Your Voice, provided great opportunities to learn and engage. The Berkshire team left the event feeling energized and ready to apply their learnings, truly prepared to ‘amplify’ in their roles. We are grateful to Bay Path University for organizing such a fantastic event!
