2026 BayPath Women’s Leadership Conference

The 2026 Bay Path University Women’s Leadership Conference on April 2nd in Springfield, MA, was a day filled with inspiring, empowering stories and connections, under the theme “Impact.” The positive energy was contagious, spreading throughout the event. The three keynote speakers—Juliet Funt, Michelle Poler, and Gayle King—were dynamic, engaging, and inspiring. The smaller Impact breakout sessions, which focused on topics such as The Science and Soul of Human-Centered Leadership, Focus-Forward Leadership, Burning Bright and Not Out, and AI as the New Chief of Staff, offered great opportunities to learn and engage. The Berkshire team left the event feeling energized and ready to apply their new knowledge, truly prepared to lead with ‘impact’ in their roles. We are grateful to Bay Path University for organizing such an exceptional event and for Berkshire’s commitment to the ongoing growth of its team! We are already looking forward to next year’s conference and eager to continue our journey of learning and empowerment!
