Assembly Instructions
Mop Head & Handle
Attach the Handle
- Unscrew the bolt at the top of the mop head.

- Slide the telescoping handle into the mop head frame.
- Reinsert and tighten the screw to secure the handle.

Install the Mop Cover
- Press down on the two yellow prongs in the center of the mop head to collapse the mop head.


- Insert the collapsed wings into the pockets of the Double-Sided Flat Mop Cover.


3. Fold the wings back together until they lock in place.
- Remove the locking pin from the handle mount on the side of the wringer base.
- Install mop cover – See instructions above.
- Saturate in disinfectant – Add disinfectant to the designated clean bucket and thoroughly saturate the mop cover.
- Wring excess disinfectant – Use the wringer to wring the excess disinfectant from the mop into the designated dirty bucket.
- Mop surface – Apply the disinfectant to the surface using overlapping, unidirectional strokes. Begin mopping at the wall opposite the entrance and work towards the entrance door. For walls, mop the ceiling to floor using pull-lift strokes. For floors, mop wall to aisle using a “S” motion or pull-lift strokes. *
- Check for contamination – Inspect the mop cover for visible soil. Repeat steps 1-4 if no visible contamination is observed. If there is visible contamination, flip the mop head over and repeat steps 1 through 4. Replace the mop cover once both sides are contaminated.
- Perform steps 1-5 until you have completed cleaning your surface.
- Add 7 tablets to 20L of water in the designated clean bucket.
- Apply with a mop, cloth, or sprayer.
- Keep the surface visibly wet for 10 minutes.
- Wipe with deionized water to remove residue.
- Autoclaving: Mop head and handle are autoclavable (recommended 121°C for 30 min) except for yellow clips, which should be removed and sterilized separately.
- Disposal: Mop covers can be single-use or washed and reused in non-critical areas

2. Align the wringer arm with the handle mount and place the wringer arm onto the handle mount. Ensure the arm is snug and flush to the base.

3. Insert the locking pin into the hole on the bottom of the wringer arm to secure the arm to the handle mount.
