CONSTRUCTION

Sock tips are made by sandwiching the swab handle between multiple layers of thermoplastic head material. The head material is completely sealed and bonded to the handle with heat and pressure. No contaminating adhesives are used in the manufacturing of Berkshire’s sock tip swabs.

PACKAGING

Lab-Tips® are double bagged in cleanroom bags manufactured from high purity polyethylene resin that ensures ultra-low organic and inorganic residues. Bags are free from silicone, amides, and DP. An easy tear notch and solvent resistant inner pack labels ensure ease of use.
